Casual Off-Meta Team

I have wanted to try things that have been off the meta for a while, but everytime I queue up in teambuilder it either takes 5-15 minutes to get accepted if at all. I want to make a team that is interested in experimenting with team comps and champs in certain roles. This would be just for fun. Leave your ign if you are interested.
