Diamond Top Looking For a Team

Hi I've been playing LoL for 4 years. I do not play much soloque anymore but I'm a D5 top laner that is currently looking for a 5s team. I have experience playing inonline tournaments and leagues. Below is my current schedule and it is subject to change.

Sunday: Whenever - 1 AM EST Monday: Whenever - 9PM EST Tuesday: 7 PM - 1 AM EST Wednesday: Whenever - 1 AM EST Thursday: 7 PM - 1 AM EST Friday and Saturday I'll be inebriated so it's a no go.
