New Team Looking For Platinum/Diamond Players for Most Roles

Who am I? Hello and thank you for taking interest in my team. I have been playing league of legends for over 5 years (since Garen was released) and I've been playing in structured 5's teams for 3 of those years. I started playing league as a jungler then towards the end of season 2 I moved to top lane. During my time playing and working with competitive teams I have done a number of things at different organizations. I have managed and coached a number of Plat/Diamond players. I also run analytics on current and past metas to find the growth and decline patterns of certain champions to help these teams succeed. I Peaked at Diamond 4 last season and then took a break for a while before coming back this season to reach my current rank of Platinum 3. I am looking to make a structured, competitive, and fun ranked 5s team for like minded people.

Prerequisites -18+ -Platinum 4+ -Working Microphone -The ability to download VOIP software (Teamspeak, mumble, curse voice, etc.) -Must be able to take criticism and provide feedback -Must be willing to play meta picks and change their champion pool if need be

Preferred Skills (Not required to try out) -5s experience -Can play meta picks -Analysis experience -Coaching experience -Competitive Experience in other games -Work experience (weird, I know, I have my reasons)

Schedule Currently there is no set schedule but we will be playing 4-5 times a week. 3-4 days will be practice days and 1 day will be tournament day. You must be able to play M-F after 8:30 PM EST. Weekends will change on a weekly basis and I would alert the team ahead of time.

Final Notes If I get enough interest from talented players I'll set up 2 teams and use them as scrim partners. I'll add you in game with this account. This isn't going to be a team that forms over night. I will know if I want some people after a few games, for others it might take longer. I'm looking to build a team that will last for a long time and can grow and learn together. I am also a blunt person and if I don't think your a fit for the team I will let you know right away, I expect the same in return, if you don't think this team is right for you let me know so I can find someone else.
