Top Laner/ Support Looking for a team

I can play Mon-Fri after 830 PM EST as well as weekends(let me know in advanced if we are playing on weekends). I have been playing league since before season 1 (when garen was added into the game) and I have been playing top lane since end of S2 and have mained top since then. I have played on quite a few teams, some of which have won/placed in small online tournaments. I am looking for a structured and organized team where I can learn and get better. I am also looking for a team that wants to participate and preferably has participated in online tournaments.

I'm 22 years old and yes I have a mic and can download any software you use to communicate to one another. If you are interested add me in game and message me to let me know or respond here. I peaked D4 last season and I'm P3 this season(took a few long breaks while I was looking for a job/ started working). I don't think I will have trouble reaching at least low diamond again this season.
