Bronze/silver supp main looking for adc

Im a supp main who starts seasons in bronze and typically ends in silver. I dont play ranked a whole lot tbh, but i wanna start trying to make the climb. Would love to find a silver-plat adc who wouldnt mind helping me out and showing me the ropes.
