Looking for 5s Team to Sub (Bronze - Low Gold)

Hey all,

My name is Kuthillick, long time player but have been away from Summoner's Rift for awhile. I haven't played ranked seriously since season 3. I am mostly an ARAM player now so I am familiar with most champions in concept, if not dedicated practice. I am looking for a 5s team that I would be able to sub with if possible. Due to my work schedule I do not think my schedule would maintain consistency enough to warrant a starting spot.

I am going to guess that if I were to start playing ranked again I would probably be high bronze to mid silver somewhere.
