If I had a smurf account I would help you out qq
One way to help yourself is to die less. Basically, your K should be equal to greater than your D. I know Ks aren't always easy, so focus on the D.
You do this by playing safe...like everyone says, but nobody does.
DON'T : dive, chase, go where you have no vision, keep fighting when you are low on health, fight just to fight (TOWERS are king), try to steal the drag/baron solo, etc. It's actually rather easy, but people get tunnel vision. Consciously focus on reducing your deaths. That alone will make you better.

That's because it works. I see a lot of the same phrases over and over in games : "Don't chase", "Play safe", "Farm under tower", etc. The thing is, most of the time people don't listen to the advice. It isn't said over and over just because people like those words. It's because if you do those things, it will actually help.
Seriously, something that helps me is to pick an area of improvement (not dying, placing more wards, better cs, whatever you want), and focus on that one thing for a few games. The only way to get better is to change things you are doing that aren't working. Like anything, it gets easier with practice, but you DO have to practice. Don't just assume you will get better just by playing and playing and playing if you don't change the way you play.
