Forming Competitive Team

Hello, I'm Grim. I've been on a couple of competitive teams and looking to form my own. I would prefer to have people of Platinum elo and higher to try for this team. I'm currently looking for a TOP, and a Bottom Lane (ADC & Support). I'm planning on joining competitive leagues and tournaments when I feel we are fit to compete.
