Gold+ team based around IMPROVING OURSELVES.

I am looking to set up a VOIP team to help eachother improve. I main ADC.

What I require in teammates: The willingness to learn, to improve, to take criticism, and most of all, to be able to enjoy ourselves. No ragers. Very rare outbursts is understandable, but if you're raging 1/10 games, your team is just annoyed 10% of the time. Being absolutely serious about learning. I spend tons of time watching videos, learning, improving, and working on my mechanics. I watch replays of myself. I'm not expecting you to want to go pro or something crazy, but just don't be one of the people who claim to want to improve, but can't CS well, and refuses to spend 5 mins in a custom practicing their CSing. Be willing to give tips, and willing to accept your knowledge might be wrong, or just not the best option. Be respectful & supportive. Sometimes people have bad days, bad games, etc. It's one thing to joke around, but it's another thing to treat a teammate poorly because they didn't keep up that day.

I wouldn't ask anything of you that I'm not myself. I'd rather play solo than play with people who aren't as serious as I am. Remember that currently I'm in Gold 5, so asking for anyone better than Gold would be above myself, but if I make it to plat 1 and my whole team is still gold 5, chances are I'll just find a new team again. I don't mean this in any rude way, but I'm just looking to improve myself further and having fun doing it. If you're just holding me back, I'd rather not que up with you.
