Im looking for a ranked team who can get me to silver

I cant rely on these bs teamates i get paired with. Even when i win lane hard whihc is like 8 out of 10 games my team feeds. When i play support my adc always goes in at like lvl 5 even when she has a huge disadvantage. Im done with this.

I need a ranked team who is in upper bronze or lower silver to help me out. Plz no skype. Even just a duo q with someone who can help me out will be fine. I can go anywhere but sup and my best characters are zed, irelia, and vayne.
