Do you want to get more involved in the growing world of eSports? vVv Gaming is seeking passionate individuals to join our League of Legends community division. There is no skill or ranked level required, just a love for everything League of Legends and being a contributing member to the progress of the community.

Why you should be applying to vVv Gaming:

Amateur Draft League (ADL): Every Sunday, Tuesday and Friday, vVv runs our Amateur Draft League that focuses on high quality 5v5 play and providing a challenging environment that better enables players to receive feedback in order to develop their ability to function on a ranked 5s team. The ADL is run by vVv Staff members and prizes will be rewarded at the end of every season. This means three nights a week you have an opportunity to compete in high level 5v5 play without the need of having a consistent team, all while improving and attempting to win prizes. Read more...

Community Ranked 5's Wednesdays (CR5W): Every Wednesday, a vVv LoL Staff member and four other applicants or community members create a ranked 5v5 team from scratch and will play out all 5 matches. The focus of this event is specifically on developing the tools players need to be a successful part of a competitive team. Skill ranges for these nights typically vary and allows for players to build relationships and higher ranked members to provide feedback to the other players. Read more...

The Adopt-A-Noob program (AAN): The purpose of the Adopt-A-Noob (AAN) program is to provide an environment for people with a passion for coaching to gain experience while assisting players looking to improve their gameplay in particular areas. The results of this program are two-fold: 1) aspiring coaches will gain the necessary experience to move on to further their coaching careers in the eSports industry, while 2) helping players better themselves in certain areas of the game they feel they need improvement on.

Community Interaction (VoIP / Forums):

  • We use Mumble as our basis of voice communication for the community. All of our events, meetings, and in-houses are hosted here and it is the corner stone of the League of Legends division. We have numerous dedicated League of Legends players on Mumble all the times, you will be able to find games with most of our members there, this is definitely the place to be if you want to meet other passionate League of Legends players!   • We also have a rich and vibrant community on our forums! Our forums are a great place to meet other members who you have not yet met on Mumble. I've been a vVv member for a few months now and they are an amazing bunch. They are so much fun and so supportive. The Adop-A-noob program is very helpful and everyone is so nice!

Hello! I'm SugarBear, current President of vVv Gaming. I just wanted to share that over the past year I've seen so much improvement both in terms of individual skill and the progress we've made as a community. I've seen even our worst bronzies from a year ago move up the ranks and now everyone who started around that time is in Gold (myself included). I've also seen our weekly in-house nights move from a once-per-week event with 10-20 players to a fully realized competitive event called the Amateur Draft League that's attracted hundreds of summoners to compete, grow, and find new people they want to play with. This is in addition to all the other amazing projects we've managed to put to the test and fill the needs of our community. If you're a social, competitive gamer looking for others like yourself then this is definitely a place to check out!

I would just like to say to anyone that is without friends in league; vVv is super accepting I am currently at the end of my application process and its been all lollipops and candy canes. Any salt is dealt with privately and fun is to be had by all; so if you do feel like stepping out of your comfort zone to actually talk to people who enjoy the same things you do; check the site out.

And for those of you that already have a full friends list... we are better friends. Like super better!

If you're looking for a chill group to hang out with or some serious people to game with vVv has them. If you're looking for a coach or some one to duo with vVv has them. If you want an event to play in almost every night vVv has that too.

vVv Gaming is the best community that I've been apart of. The ADL's, Inhouse's and the mumble server are all great. Everyone is really easy to get along with and you don't have to be challenger 1 to make friends : )

Hey all!

No ADL tonight due to the Superbowl but we will definitely be resuming with it again on Tuesday night. Definitely stop by to come participate if you haven't before! It's a great competitive experience and awesome way to meet new people (and maybe meet some new DuoQ partners), and if you can't participate for whatever reason please feel free to stop by our Twitch channel while we're streaming the games and say hi!

I would like to share my few small things that made me come to LOVE vVv Gaming. 1: I was accepted for who I am, no ifs ands or butts. 2: The people were very friendly and all want to see the success and advancement of their fellow vVv players. 3: There is ALWAYS people on and willing to play with you and help you with anything. 4: We don't just play League of Legends ;D (insert shameless plug for MMO division here) 5: We adapt and evolve with each new person that joins the community. 6: We have some amazing programs to be part of. (ADL, CDL, In-house, Adopt-a-noob, and more!)

Yes! I agree. even if you have a group of friends bring them over too! We are also a great place for you to find feedback if you and your friends need some coaching in ranked 5s or if you want to play in some inhouses vs people who have the same mindset .

I have been with vVv gaming for over a month now and i have learned more than I have playing for almost 3 years by myself. Not only that but it is very friendly and you will meet a lot of new people. Needless to say that there will never be a dull moment here in vVv. I'm glad that i found them because I'm always having a great time with all my friends here.
