Silver 1 Support Looking for Gold/Silver Active Team

I am looking for a team to not only help me grow as a player, but as a team. I used to mid lane and support on occasion, then switched to support beginning of preseason and just about reached Gold. Looking for a team that wants to take teams seriously. I have loved playing with a team because I enjoy the challenging aspect of playing against another team with communications. It brings a different challenge to the game itself.
