Looking for dual parter

I'm looking for a dual partner to play with who is serious in wanting to get better at this game. I actually have yet to do my placements, but I'd probably guess I'm high bronze-ish xD (My ranked team did their provisional and placed Bronze V, but I didn't partake in any of that) I main support and mid, while working on my ADC and top.

My technical knowledge is actually pretty good, I know the importance of warding, csing, positioning, adapting builds, etc. I spend a lot of time reading tips and tricks, watching high elo games, etc. I know that I am not too good of a player, but I am trying to seriously work on it to get better, and I am not bad considering I started playing on and off mid November, and played more frequently/ seriously around December.

I'm looking for a dual q partner who is in a similar boat as I am and hopefully we can play, get better and have fun.
