Hey, I'm a performance coach looking for a team(s), group(s), private client(s) to help coach (or consult/advise). I don't mind doing freelance (non-positional role). My schedule is pretty flexible. Have prior experience. Any additional questions can be answered through interview.

Preference (All can be negotiated and be flexible): Working with teams, groups, and private clients that are diamond or higher. Working with established teams that have had a life span of 6+ months. Like to have a lot of freedom within the team. Like to spend one on one time with the team.

What is a performance coach?

Short Answer: A person that removes mental blocks/issues from players/staff members that cause them to under perform.

Long Answer: A person who can solve multiples mental, emotional, and social issues a team can have. Example: Building teamwork, building connections, working out disputes, fixing communication, remove mental blocks, guidance counseling, etc you name it.
