(ALL)(NA)(EU) Looking for staff (Mid Diamond to Low Master Org)
Introduction:

We are looking for an English speaking staff for various positions in our newly formed organization. We are located in NA, but we will interview anyone in all regions. Our goal is to reach the North American Challenger Scene by developing home talent bottom up.

Qualifications:
--
We will do interviews with amateurs as our interest is to also develop up and coming coaches and analysts who are interested in the world of competitive play. That being said, if you have higher qualifications (ex: Coached before, Degree in Sports Psychology) that will be considered heavily to differentiate you from the crowd interviewing. The most important qualifications are: you are committed to the advancement of the players and the organization as a whole, you are not only able to help the players improve but you yourself are able to improve, lastly become a positive force in an environment that can become stale and/or negative during ruts. We will interview everyone but if would be a plus if you are at-least Gold and above.
Positions:
--
Head Coach: Your job is to lead the other coaching staff and players. You are in-charge of Pick and Ban phase. You are to give your insights on the game to the players and the rest of the staff and at points become a jack of all trades when needed to be. You will be involved and/or working with almost all branches of the coaching staff. (Scheduling, Recruitment, and Player Subbing are still in the GMs power atm).

Strategy/Macro Coach:

Your job is all about the macro game play of league of legends. You should be very proficient in rotations, map movements, objectives, and timing. You will you your vast insights in leagues macro game to help the players understand their options and what to do at any point of the game (ex: You guys should be rushing X while Y is all bot, Pressure X while Y is doing Z).

Performance Coach:

Your job is the mental health of the players and the staff. Not only will you help players and staff with conflicts and ruts, you will figure what is keeping players and staff from their highest potential. You will learn what the player and staff are like on a deeper level. You will learn what are their drives and what helps them focus and play better (ex: TSM Weldon).

General Analysts:
--
Your job is to research and analyze for our players and coaching staff. You can choose to specialize in one or two things such as upcoming power picks or pick and bans. You can also freestyle and research what the org needs you to analyze. As an analyst you have the ability to work up the ladder within time if you aren't confident with coaching yet. You will learn what it is like to work in a competitive organization. You can never have too many analysts.

General Assistants:

Your job is to help the GM organize and schedule practice and inform players and other staff of vital decisions. As an assistants when time comes to select higher-up in the org you will be considered highly. You will also carry out duties assigned to you by the GM and work closely with the GM and learn what is like to work in a competitive organization.
