LFM Gold+ 5's Team,

Hello everybody,

My name is Coldpheonix, I am looking for players in the range of Gold-Plat to make a semi-competitive 5v5 ranked team.

Semi-competitive to me means:

Players will show up on time & practice for the full time allotted in a manner to improve their play. We don't have the unrealistic expectation of "going pro", I'm a college student and I play this game for fun, if i wanted to go pro I should probably hit challenger/master first... We will have a SCHEDULE, yes a schedule. I don't want to be like "when we are all on we will play". You are not guaranteed a spot just because you made it on the team, if you fall off or do not stay at the same level as the rest of the team you will be replaced.

Now for the fun stuff:

I am looking to fill out a full 5-man roster, meaning we will NOT start with subs. EVERYONE can be replaced by vote of ALL of the rest of the team for reasons such as Toxicity, attendance, declining play, etc. (I am not exempt from this as many team creators think they should be, I expect myself to stay at the same level as the rest of the team.)

These are the times and roles we are looking for:

4:15pm-7:15pm EST, M-Th. You must be able to do AT LEAST 3 of those times to be considered, obviously people who can do all 4 times will have a better chance at joining the team because of flexibility of schedule reasons.

I am looking for someone who can do picks/bans for the current meta, as well as shotcall. If you have experience and can both or either of these two than that will be considered when I look at applications and probably help you.

I want the team to be filled with mature and smart players who can take criticism as well as lend a hand in out-of-game decisions such as team discussion involving macro level play.
