Plat 2 Mid LF Team for Dynamic 5's Queue

I'm looking to play ranked 5's and dynamic with a full team of 5. It helps to know who is adding me and certain things such as if they have a full roster, set times, and it also lets me not add the people who are just trying to duo with me.I'm looking for a roster that only needs a mid lane to start playing that can fit into my scheduled times. I WILL NOT ADD PEOPLE WHO DO NOT COMMENT, I WILL ASSUME THESE PHANTOM REQUESTS ARE NOT PEOPLE LOOKING FOR ME TO JOIN THEIR TEAM!
Rank: Plat 3 (55.3% win rate, at time of post) Role: Mid (59.6% win rate in mid, at time of post) Age: 22 Shotcaller?: Able to do pregame & mid/late game, but would rather not shot call during laning phase as I feel the support and jungle are the most important people to be communicating in terms of macro play.
Top champs: Syndra, Cassiopeia, Ahri , Viktor. I named 4 as opposed to the typical 3 champions because I pretty much play whatever is meta which means I've played almost every mid lane champion;however, right now I'm playing a lot of Syndra and Cassiopeia but I had a lot of success with Viktor when he was heavily in the Meta and Ahri is sort of a pocket pick for me even if she is a common solo queue champion I used to main her regardless of the meta and had a lot of success.
Positives: Game knowledge & an ability to pick up champions fast. I could do pregame and post-game analysis for the team and I would not be scared to call anyone out as well as be called out for the mistakes made during the game. I can usually point out the breaking point in the game where momentum swung in one teams direction such as the unfavorable team fight that caused the snowball effect or the lack of vision that made a major objective incontestable. I've played for so long and kept heavily invested in the scene which allows me to have knowledge of almost every lane match up. I am not a big risk taker in terms of playstyle, I can play aggressively but its usually only in my lane when i feel like the opponent messed up too much and I can punish. I lean towards winning games not by pubstomping mechanically but by playing the map correctly and challenging any mistakes made by the opposing team.
Negatives: I feel the need to make a play when I see one of my other lanes losing harder than expected which sometimes causes me to make uncalcualated plays that may or may not work. I also feel the need to help teammates out when they put themselves in a bad situation which can sometimes cause me to just put myself in a bad situation with them if they are truly just screwed.
Why i should pick you: I've been playing the game for years. I have a lot of game knowledge including most match ups in every lane, macro strategy, & overall team comp strategy. I have a pretty solid laning phase and tend to either stomp my lane or go even, the most I ever get behind is usually going down a single kill and a few CS if the jungle camps me and we have no pressure from our jungle.
Team Experience: I have little experience with teams pushing ranks. This does not mean I have not tried or I am a solo queue oriented player but i have just never had a team that could stay together more than a week or two due to people not showing up, which is why i'm looking for an established team. I do not consider myself a "soloqueue" player in the slightest as I am more focused on macro play and play more team oriented champions instead of the typical feed or get fed mentality of true "soloqueue" players.

Anything else you want to add: The times I can schedule to play would be EST M/T/W/Th/S/Su 11:30am-7pm & F 11:30am-3pm however the Saturday times would be less reliable but I could get notice to the team days in advance if I could not make the practice time.
