Looking for a coach for a competitive team (Gold-Plat Team)

I'd prefer you to be rather high in the ranking although, wisdom cannot be decided by rank. This is why i leave to open to whatever rank as long as i feel you understand the game on a deeper or as deep a level as I and most of the team. We need you to record games and point out things we've done wrong to fix these mistakes and bad habits, as well as the things we've done well to reinforce good things and give praise for things that we've done correctly, this drastically boost's moral and the overall team spirit.
