LF Full Team (I am top/jg main)

IGN:Terakali Ranked: Just became S5... again... Hey-o. I'm a Top/JG main that's sick and tired of carrying games, and then losing anyway. I recently went 26/10 with 7 towers to my name, and we lost which demoted me. The very next game I do fabulously despite a mishap in champ select, and due to people suiciding to 1v5s we lose anyway. I want to start penta-queuing for ranked to avoid this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
