Creating a team, looking for silver+ players

The title pretty much says it all, I was looking around on the forums for a while for a team, but I have no clue when and whether or not anyone is going to get back to me. So I have decided to do it myself and just create a team.

This team will play on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, sometimes on Friday evenings), and I'm accepting applications for all roles right now. If you do apply I promise I'll get back to you by tomorrow (Tuesday) with information about whether or not I could use you. If you don't take league of legends seriously then this team is not for you, but at the same time if you play angry then you will be quickly dismissed from the team. This team will be a group of people looking to get better at the game while having an all-around good time, so raging at allies and trolling/intentionally feeding will not be tolerated.

EDIT: Here's a draft lineup of the team. I'll create a skype group and we can work the details out. Send a request to the user lakeyja900 minecrafter (it might just be lakeyja900, not sure.) with your LoL IGN if your name is on this list, and I'll add you to the skype group.

This lineup is not final. Details still need to be worked out on skype, and as we work things out we'll figure out who's willing to do what role when we're missing certain people. Please note that If your name appears after someone else's that does not mean you're a secondary.
