Looking for dedicated jg/top duo partner for climbing gold.

I am currently gold 4 and have been bouncing around mid to low gold for a while. I play mid lane, adc, and support. This is why I am looking for a duo that plays the other lanes well. I also don't use voice chat as I don't feel it's needed. Also be at least gold 4+, or gold 5 in promo's.

In a jungler I look for someone who applies lots of pressure early, ganks more than or as much as enemy jungler. Also gets vision and helps lanes that need it most, or helps to snowball a lane. I don't care if you make mistakes, everyone does. so as long as you play at a higher level consistently, know to to play from behind, and play proactively and smart. finally please be 100% nontoxic, to anyone at any time... Playing ranked is supposed to be competitive and fun, not hectic and unforgiving. Also don't tilt, or have a bad attitude because of a bad early game or other things like that. The champions I usually play excel regardless.

I am really looking for a long term partner with the prospects of reaching higher ranked in gold before season 6 starts, and actually being capable of doing so, meaning that you play at a higher level on average than your present ranking. Or are use to playing at a higher level on average via normals or any other game mode. .
