Gold player looking for possible Duo's.

Looking for a consistent player who understands the game. the goal here is to reach plat on my main, and to get my smurf into gold. I am looking for a decent player who thinks before he acts. I am looking for a player that understands there is more to winning than your kda. Objective focused players are what I am looking for basically (not to say kills are not important.) Someone who has good map pressure, map awareness, awareness of cooldowns, proper vision control over objectives, proper grouping, looks carefully at team comps to see it's strength and weaknesses and how to play each match up accordingly, and finally knows to not grief or rage, and always plays to win regardless of the score (this means if you are winning or losing.)

I have two accounts I am currently ranking on. My main is gold 5 0lp. Formerly gold 3 59lp last season. (Please be gold 5+) My second account is Silver 3 in promo's, Formally silver 2 last season. (Be silver + but formally gold.) I main mid, play adc just as often, jungle like a support, Support like a mid laner, and feed for days in top lane. My better champions are Annie, Talon, Brand, Nunu, Lee, Vi, Kat, Draaaven, Kalista, Corki, Sivir, Leona, fiddles, Mundo, Ali, Darius, Renek, Ezreal, Nid, Lulu, Rumble. There are many more but this sums it up pretty much.

Simple requirements.

1. Watches a fair bit of competitive play, and has moderate experience himself in ranked 5's play.
2. Knows where the (safe zones) on the map are. This means knowing to not go into dark map area's without vision, or without knowing where your enemy team is. (I find most players in gold are ignorant of this and end up picking bad fights, losing most of their games just because of poor vision and awareness.)
3. Has a friendly, "I understand" attitude. People make mistakes. We are not challenger players in Korea. And have you even watched them play? Even the best mess up. Give the benefit of the doubt to others always, unless what they are doing will result in an obvious loss. Be constructive, not abusive.
4. Be Gold - plat last season or any former season. In season 3 I sat in gold 3 59 lp. Season 4 the meta was not in my favor and I was unable to climb passed gold 3. This season however I am finding the meta greatly in my favor and am ready to make the climb.
5. Admit your mistakes to yourself. You don't have to tell everyone, "it was my fault!" But at least recognize when it is.
6. Doesn't stay and fight unfavorable fights. Like a 2v4 or some crap they do all the time in gold.
