Forming Silver/Gold Ranked 5s Team, LFMs!

Top: Filled Jungle/Shotcaller: EsoEs Mid: Filled ADC: Filled Support: Open still looking for support!!

So I've been looking for a good ranked 5s team for quite some time now, and it seems like every time I find a group, we play a handful of games and then I never see half the players again. OR I get a team captain who just insta adds anyone who messages them onto the team, and the team winds up with a Bronze 4 ADC and a Plat 3 Top.... Its time to take matters into my own hands.

I will be the jungler / shotcaller, looking to fill the rest of the roster. Our general play-style will be to set up plays around the map, execute those plays, take objectives off that, then back, shop, and do it again. I'd like start off by playing strong teamfight/engage comps, and expanding to other styles as we grow and learn as a team.

I am expecting to have scheduled practices 3-4 times a week, I don't want to get in the way of people's personal/professional lives, but at the same time I don't want players who will not be able to commit to at least 10 hours of league a week.

Here is a general description of some things I am looking for in our laners, if you think these descriptions match yourself, AND you can commit to several practices throughout the week, please respond below.

Mid: Large champion pool with a good understanding of matchups. I prefer aggressive mids who can apply pressure and roam well, but am open to pocket picks if they work out.

Top: Be able to understand when to roam down, when and where to use teleport, and be able to either play carry top or tank/utility top depending on what the team needs.

Support: Champion pool is not as important for me here, although if you can play a lot of different supports that's great! Mostly looking for what anyone wants in a support, solid laning, help track objective / summoner timers, get us those picks/engages/disengages, carry us! :)

ADC: Again champ pool not too important for me here, mostly looking for good CSing and the ability to know when to trade, when to push, when to freeze, and when to roam.
