LF Gold+ ranked partners

I'm a MId/Sup main looking for people to group with. I intend to make it to high plat or diamond this season but as a typically support main I find myself at the mercy of my teams carries for most of the games. I am only looking for other players who are serious about ranking up and actively try to improve their playstyle like me. I'm only Gold so I know I have a lot to improve on but I have in my opinion outstanding map/objective awareness, understand when to rotate lanes, when to chase kills or push lanes and know the mechanics of almost all champs.

I'm also 26 and only looking for other mature adults to play with. No raging please and if you are someone who will /ff please keep looking because I've come back and won games where we were down 40 kills and every tower.
