Gold 4 Support/Mid looking for Ranked team

I've made a few posts before looking for people but I seem to keep finding kids who don't want to improve at the game. By that I mean people that will say gg at 10 minutes when the Fizz is 3-0 or afk when they don't like the way another lane is playing. I am looking for serious ranked players Gold or higher who are either part of a team or looking to start one. Below I will outline my details and what I bring to the table:

I have great map awareness and positioning, usually end up as shot caller in my ranked games since everyone just plays TDM at my elo and spends 3 minutes chasing a ww through both jungles, I know when to rotate and when to keep pushing and I tend to always have a very high KDA each game (I can count on 1 hand the number of games where I've died more than 10 times in the past 2 weeks).
