Hello, my name is Jesse aka ALittleUgly. I am starting an eSports division for Pandorum gaming and need two teams, one low elo team (plat 4 and below) and one Diamond+ team.

If you are a diamond player, then read this. We are looking to make a challenger tier team, and we have 2 coaches plus me as a manager. If all goes well you will be competing in tournaments and getting sponsors, so we expect you to take it seriously and be on for practices. We are looking for all roles. Requirements: Diamond+ Communication skills Good attitude Come willing to learn Lots of free time

IGN: TheGrot Rank: Diamond 3 Role: Mid Top 3 Champs: I play A LOT of champions. I guess if I had to name a top 3 as of late it would be talon, lulu, xerath/fizz. Playstyle: I mean it depends on the champion. In general I play to win, I don't play to go even. I tend to look around for good roam opportunities and yeah. Availability: Pretty flexible right now.

IGN: machograndma Rank: Silver 4 Role: Jungle and Top Top 3 Champs: For Jungling I main Rengar, Gragas, Hecarim (I also used to main champs such as elise and khazix so I can branch out if the meta changes) Top Lane I play Darius, Mundo, and tryndamere Playstyle: Aggressive and cautious at the same time, looking to make plays constantly and very map aware so I can make sure that I wont get counter-ganked and what not. Mechanics are pretty spot on Availability: Usually after lunch and very free in the evening, but can change my schedule if required, I live on the west coast so coordination may be somewhat troublesome

You might consider posting not just what time tryouts are, but when practice is expected to be.

People with school/jobs/commitments would probably like to know, before committing themselves to something they can't schedule for.

@Mokkun great point, but i am going to base the schedule around the players. I have a google calander that the players will use, and i will schedule around them. But great concern, thanks for bringing it up!

IGN: Fury Golem Rank: D5 Role: Jungle Top 3 Champs: Ahhhhh. Probably Gragas, Sion, Vi. I play a pretty wide pool, and I'm always looking to expand.
Playstyle: Smart. Upside - I don't tend to get really behind. Downside - I rarely make the big plays, even when they're the only thing that might get me back in the game.
Availability: 9AM - 2AM PST, every day.

IGN: FYB BoBMarley V2 Rank: Gold 2 Role: Support Top 3 Champs: Naut/Thresh/Alistar/Annie ( Janna if needed) sorry had 4 champs but tbh as a support u need to know how to play these champs Playstyle: i love to get deep wards so i can play freely in lane and make other lanes feel free and know where the enemy jungle is i do time dragons/buffs/enemy spells and I like to play aggressive in lane when the other bot lane makes mistakes and punish, Can play passive in a non winning lane. and if i get my bot lane a lead that he could freeze his wave i like to roam with the jg and do ganks or maybe solo help other lanes in ganks Availability: My work schedule gets posted each Saturday, the days i don't work will be available

IGN: iDoodler Rank: B1 However, I don't like solo queuing, so I don't play ranked often enough to climb. Role: Support Top 3 Champs: I play just about anyone support, although I seem to perform best with heavy CC focused, tank supports; so I guess Thresh, Leona, Nautilus. Typically someone who fits well into the team composition or counters the enemy adc/support. Playstyle: Dynamic/Calculated. Usually I am initially passive, until I get a read on how the enemy reacts to the first few trades, then will change it up accordingly. Availability: Almost always.

IGN: 3in1warrior Rank: Plat 1 Role: Top Top 3 Champs: Irelia, Renekton, Vladimir, But i can play most top laners, and can pick up champs and become strong on them in only a couple games. Playstyle: Aggressive, I can be a bit faulty under heavy jungle pressure if soloque, but on a team i usually use my jungle pressure to counter-act the enemy team's. I understand most champs power spikes and when i can and can't do certain things, I understand the game a lot for a plat 1 player. I get fairly angry at myself when i make mistakes and always seek improvement. Availability: Very open flexible squedule. I've climbed from Silver 5 to Plat 1 so far this season and still think I have a ways to go and would love a shot at this opportunity even though my application is a bit late.
