looking for plat players to practice with in ranked

my friend has put me in a clan vs clan BO3 with his plat team. i am a gold 4 solo q player that started from bronze 5 this season and feels like i can keep up with plats. the match starts on Saturday so i need all the practices in ranked with plats so i can get used to playing against them to get my nerves out the way. in gold i have no challenge so i want to see how far the skill gap between me and a plat player even tho i know i can hold my own with them. it will much help.

Meanwhile you probably wont mechanically improve, the way you'll most likely win the game is if your team is good and you know how to macro play. Playing with Plats won't help you much.

Increasing more game sense will help you improve far more. I started winning more games when I shot call in Soloq because I realize most people end up being clueless. Just take objectives and you'll win. Don't overextend and all those repetitive stuff. Sounds easy, but extremely hard to execute.

I personally feel that's what this meta has been mostly about --objectives like Tower/Dragon/Barons.
