LF Ranked 3's Group

I want to join a ranked 3s team because I take a very large interest in it, and enjoy it very much, I have tried taking in random people to play, but most of the time, they dont understand the meta, I hopefully would want an active team, that is a good ranking, so I can get the end of season rewards, and enjoy myself at the same time
