Looking for Silver players

Hey! My name is Loudmouth32. I'm currently in Silver 5 attempting to climb to at least gold this season. I have only been playing for a little over a year and I main mid lane. I play this game very competitively and would love to play with 4-5 other players (One person being a flex in case someone is missing) as a team and climb and grow as a team. I play on the NA servers just to let you know. I need a top laner, jungler, marksman, and a support. There is no real requirement other than being in at least silver 5. Other things that would be very helpful is if you are able to skype or use Curse voice to communicate. If you are interested please comment on here and let me know or you can add me in game and message me there (my name is listed above). Once we have a full team we will join a Curse/Skype call and talk about a schedule that works for all of us and what we expect from each other.
Just to cover a few last things I'll list some requirements and rules: 1.) You have to be respectful to all members of the team. If you have an issue with anyone message me about the problem and I'll make sure it gets taken care of. 2.) You must have a champion pool for the role that you play that consists of at least 3 champions. For example I main mid and my best 3 champions are Yasuo, Zed, and Lissandra. 3.) You MUST be willing and able to communicate. After certain games or what not we might pause and reflect on what we did right/wrong and everyone needs to put in their 2 cents. 4.) You must be willing to play that one role you initially said you would A LOT. I don't want everyone trying out different roles all the time or asking to play a role they didn't initially sign up for. This often causes confusion and chaos. Of Course when we aren't playing a ranked game and we're just practicing then we can all mess around and play whatever. 5.) All decisions made will be made as a team BUT majority rule will be how we decide things. If 4 out of the 6 of us want so and so gone and we have some good reasons to do so then that's what will happen. I am the team leader but I'm not a dictator and I won't try to be little anyone. The team will be run as a democracy. 6.) You must be willing and able to participate. If you know that you only get to play on weekends then please don't ask to be part of the team. We will often times be up late at night on weekdays as well as weekends. This being said if you need to go to bed early sometimes or you have something going on that night we won't kick you from the team. For instance if you were going to hangout on a friday night will some friends then I'm not going to kick you off the team. As long as you can play basically everyday you're good to go. 7.) Last but not least: Honesty. Be honest with me and the team as a whole. If you don't want to be part of the team anymore let us know. If you feel like you need help with something let us know.
