Newish player looking for someone to learn from.

Well guys I'm level 28 and I'm hoping if i can learn a bit more that i might be able to place gold in my placement matches. My friends tell me how important it is to do well in them so i get placed as high as i can, but i don't always know what I'm doing lol. if i could get someone to help me out a little bit it would be much appreciated!!!! My IGN is The Omega Play. obviously i can only do normals right now, but will do ranked in the near future if i feel confident enough. Any and all help is appreciated and i welcome all kinds of ideas. Please no bronze or silver people though. i want real help from real good players. no offense to some, but i just want to be good at this game so i need a strong mentor if possible.
