LF experienced player to help me on Nami!

Hi, I would love to find someone to help me with my Nami play and just my overall Support game. I am on very often (or can be) and I am totally willing to drop any kind of ego I may have in order to improve. I have attached a photo that contains the stats of every player from one of my most recent losses. Please tell me (if you can from looking at just these stats) what I need to improve. If it all looks good enough then please, add me: The Omega Play and help me improve my play. I would very much prefer the person helping me is at least like mid to high PLAT. I have and still do play with plat and diamond players on multiple accounts and I find that they know much more about the game than some one low plat (obviously).
