Hi, everyone TMG NovaCore is looking for a starter Mid Laner for our roster. We are a dedicated team competing in the TMG Championship Series. So if you are going to apply, be ready to make a full commitment.

**Requirements for players: **

• Must be between Gold 5 - Plat 5
• be able to deal with negative players and not exhibit such qualities yourself (Zero Toxicity policy)
• can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
• has voice communications and working mic
• punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame for scrims/ranked/meetings etc.)
• and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

Our team is currently looking for an analyst and a coach to add to the team. We are a dedicated team that play on a set schedule and competing in the TMG Championship Series. We are looking for people that can help us to work and synergize together as well as help everyone grow as the team. Do know that this is voluntary work but however we would prefer if you can meet majority of the following requirements:

Requirements for coach/ Analyst:

• Good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
• Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
• Can give criticism and be able to guide players to improve
• Must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
• Be platinum and or higher
• Be able to make at least 2 days out of Monday-Thursday: 7.30-10.30pm on weekdays (6.30-9.30pm CST) (4.30-7.30pm PST)
• New coaches/ analysts are welcomed
