The trick is to feed very early. Take over your lane without dying to the jg quickly and feed of your enemy laner. Then, carry yar team till ya win with minimum deaths. It's easier said than done, but that's the easiest way. R ya can be a support who stays with his team and gets enough assists, like somewhere round the 20s with 0 deaths.
