Looking to make serious ranked team

hey there my name is painlestoxin (or zachary) I have been playing league since season 1 and have finally grown tired of solo queue ranked. It's a coin toss and I dislike the fact that my team mates change every game. I am wanting to make a serious ranked team to see where we can get too in the ranked system and who knows, one day maybe make a name for ourselves!

That being said I do have a few requirements. -you must be silver or higher. I do not really hold faith in the solo queue rank system however I do expect a certain degree of skill at the game. -18+ -able to take constructive criticism and give it as well. -willing to put in 3-5 days a week of practice. I don't expect the team to be your life but I do want to actually go somewhere with this team. -Able to play between 630PM PST and 12amPST weekdays. Weekends we can figure out once the team is formed.

IGN- LordDarkshayde Age- 35 Position applying for- Jungle Top 5 champions in that role- Nautilus, Skarner, Gragas, Vi, Maokai A rough % of total champions owned- All Rank in S4 and S5- Silver 3 / Silver 5 Can you shot call?- Yes What your strengths are- My map awareness is pretty spot on and knowing when to ping my teammates to back-off (though in solo-queue we all know how well that works). What your weaknesses are- Counter-jungling can really throw me off my game, but with proper help in warding our jungle that can be alleviated. Anything i should know about you?- I will do my best to make this team everything that it can be. Why are you applying for this team? I am also sick of the solo-queue grind as it seems that more often than not you receive the worst types of players that don't know how to take a losing lane and play it safer.

Anything i should know about you?- My job requires that i leave for a week at a time 4 times a year. Why are you applying for this team? Every team i play on falls apart after promos or if we lose more than 2 in a row.
