Gold 5 looking for long term R5s/Duo for next season

Looking to get into a serious ranked 5s team but however a long term DuoQ support would be nice too. Just don't be toxic/ prone to tilting and have voice comms. Also if me and supp synergize well together we can join a team as a duo bot too.
