(High silver - Low Gold) Jungle main looking for team for next season.

Solo queue is fine to practice my own skills and all however, this is a team game. I'd really like to find a team that doesn't fall apart in two weeks... I'm in EST time zone. My Ideal schedule to practice would be 6-10 P.M. EST. I'm very competitive. If you don't have a serious team that wants to move up then don't bother inviting me. My plans are to reach high gold - low plat or better next season (if this isn't your intent don't waste my time).

Gender: Male Age: 23 Communications: Discord /with mic Role: Jungle Champion pool: Master Yi, Warwick, Skarner, Malphite, Nocturne, Shyvana, Elise and a few others but I typically stick with the first two unless they're banned or picked. Strengths: Tracking enemy Jungler, counter Jungling, warding, and more. Weaknesses: Sometimes tunnel vision, can be too aggressive, lack knowledge of some matchups, sometimes I have a weird work schedule.

If there's anything else you'd like to know just ask. I'm also not opposed to making a new team. However, I don't want to be it's leader. I could make a discord channel for the team and manage it, I just don't want to manage the team.
