Gold 3 Support Main looking for a team

I'm looking for a team to help me hone my skills and increase my level of play in league. I have a deep support champion pool that I can play. I also play ADC as a secondary role with an adequate champion pool. I play nights and I'm in the Eastern timezone. I do have a job that can take me to late hours on occasion (10-11 if it goes that late) I'm open to play any time and looking for more than simple season rewards.
