Looking for High gold/low plat top lane scrim partner

I have trouble with a few toplane matchups that are my chronic weakness, and now and then I want to try out new picks. I'd really like someone around my ability level that we can get on voice chat and experiment in build paths & some champion choices. I'm not wanting to see who is better, I will definitely die a lot especially on trying new champions, but I really want to improve our individual play during the early/mid game.

Right now I have the most problems with Irelia, hecarim come to mind...if anyone plays those I would be grateful.
