[LFM] [Top/Mid/Jung Needed] [Gold 4 +]

Hello everyone, I'm looking to create a serious competitive team. I will not be playing on the team and will be acting as a manager/analyst for it and would like to try out some people and add them to the team.

• I want you to be at least gold
• I want good communication skills and awareness
• A good/serious attitude (No long side conversations while we are playing, positive)
• Decent activity (I don't mean be on every day or you're kicked, I just want a few days out of the week to play)
• Dedication
• Creativity (If you want to play that top Urgot, please do, I love these crazy picks and it will help win games by throwing others off)
• Ability to use a voice communication. (Preferably raidcall, but also curse voice and possibly teamspeak)
