Champions Circuit Looking for Teams to Participate!

Hello everybody, I would like to announce that the first season of Champion's Circuit will be underway soon, and we want you and your team to join in on the fun! Our goal is to offer you an amateur-style LCS for everyone to play in. Games will be streamed, players will have stats, teams will have power rankings, and there are plans to have an analysis show for the league! I will try to clarify this is much as possible because it's a big concept that we're working with so bear with us on the lengthy explanation.

What is Champion's Circuit?

Champion's Circuit is an amateur league that you and your friends can participate in. We will have a support staff that will create a fun and competitive community by streaming and shoutcasting the league's games, provide power rankings and stats each week for players involved.

What types of Leagues does Champion's Circuit offer?

Our main focus on leagues will begin at our "Challenger League" which is formatted very similar to LCS. It has 10 teams, top players, and is the league everyone strives to be in. Players will play 8 weeks of games, and head into a 6-team playoffs in order to see who is the best. Prizes are not something we have discussed as of yet, but it's something we're heavily looking into.

Aside from the "Challenger League", we also have our "Master League", which is for the next best teams. The Master League will comprise of the 11-26th best teams from our bracket and will compete for the top 3 spots to have a chance in getting promoted to the Challenger League.

We also offer a league for casual players that don't have the time commitment to be on an actual team, but still want to get involved and have stress-free games called our "Tournament League". Tournament league is a lot like solo queue, where we will have a ladder comprised of the players that have competed and have a similar elo system. Games can start whenever 10 people gather together and decide to play, and then you can submit the game into the Tournament League drop box for admins to score. There are also days where the Tournament League will have special themes people can play in like Demacia vs Noxus (Meaning you can only pick champions from that faction). Tournament League also has a 5's aspect where you can register a team and play against other teams for a chance to get into the Master League.

Any other leagues we run have not been entirely decided, as we don't want to take on more than we can chew, but we have ideas for one day tournaments, one week tournaments and possibly a gold and under league.

What types of players can join Champion's Circuit?

Anyone. Participation is free and all ranks of players are encouraged to join.

How will you place teams into each league?

Before we begin any other tournament, there will be a swiss tournament to help us narrow down to the top teams. Teams 1-10 make it into our main league the "Challenger League", the 11-26 teams make it into our "Master League" and any other teams may participate in our 5's Tournament League in order to get a shot in the Master League for the next season.

When does it start?

Champion's Circuit will begin in January, giving teams and players time to get accustomed to the community and put together teams. This also lets people enjoy their holidays!

Can I help run this league?

We have staff positions available and would enjoy all the help we can get! We know this is a big project but the current admins are dedicated to make this run as efficient as possible.
