High Plat LF Dedicated Team to Progress

Looking for a dedicated team to progress with. Platinum 2 (Plat 1 Promos) highest achieved currently and wanting to group with a team to go further. I understand my capabilities and every role and champion in game well enough to fill. Although, strengths would vary depending on who I play with.

I play around the teams needs and composition.

Currently, I have no time constraints and will be able to communicate through Curse Voice or Skype. Need a Mature, 18+ environment that is accepting, nondiscriminatory, and can criticize without sugar coatings. I believe in an honest environment where progression is priority.
