Ranked Players Are Dicks

Played my first game of ranked today. Was matched against some players who have 100 wins, team flamed me for 1 death which caused me to do worst and worst. The people are toxic AF. I cant play solo queue any more or even duo queue as people are just diks. I really wanna get into ranked but ive played 3 games and each one the team flamed me and the enemy all had 100+ wins which is r%%%%%ed. Surely it should match me against newbies same as me. WTF If i join a few players to play with that be great. thanks.
