sick of bad team mates

I have 64 wins and 77 losses, I am on a 13 loss streak. I swear not 1 of these recent losses is my fault , I am getting r%%%%%s on my team every game who will feed and if the game reaches late game they won't help in team fights. If there is anyone who is having this issue can we please group as I cant play solo queue any more. My in game name is chreiften98 I'm finding it really hard to have fun when I'm not achieving the goal of the game. When I started playing I seemed to get Smurfs on my team every game or I would have players who knew how to play but now I'm level 19 it just seems like it is getting worst and worst.
