Forming team for Sunday Tournaments - Casual practice schedule [Plat +] [All spots in tryouts]

Introduction

I'm Arathea on the NA server and somewhat a part of House Party 5v5 in which I am forming a team to compete in the Minor League Circuit. This league has streamed tournament games which generally run on Sunday, and I want to create a team which reliably shows up and wants to compete in such an environment to give them some more stability in the scene.

What I am looking for

• Players who are interested in a once a week tournament wherein we play pseudo-LCS style matches.
• Reliable and not absent to times we agree to play
• I will be doing 2 or 3 days of practice a week, fairly light, however this makes those days more important and missing them will have consequences based on how long you play with the team.
• Players who want to be part of a well structured/reliable team.
• Plat+ Preferred applicants, but I will interview other candidates for the chance I feel you have room to grow.
• Players who want to improve and get better at the game, but don't have the time to join a serious 5 days a week team.

About the team

• Practice will be 2 or 3 days a week, and vary depending on schedules. A realistic schedule would be Tue/Thu/Sat and tournaments Sun. Fridays/Wednesdays will not be played on.
• I have previous experience managing teams, one of which lasted 2 months before an international job took its toll via timezone. I also have experience as part of an amateur LoL team, now known as Sway Gaming, and have learned from their management over the past year. I aim to be the most reliable member of the team.
• I will require some way to contact you outside the game that is RELIABLE.
• If you miss a day of practice without warning (see above) you will be considered for replacement. After a month with the team, it will require a team vote to remove a player.

Final Word I look forward to speaking with those who apply and hope to find some players who are willing to put in effort but just don't have as much time. I don't place people based on skill, but rather on how their personality will fit within the team I build. I am looking to build a specific atmosphere for the team so that we can ensure a good run for the tournament. All costs for the tournament will be fronted by myself as well.
