[Plat+ Season5] LF Jung/Mid Mains for DynamicQ/Tournament

Introduction

I'm Arathea and have been managing the team for almost a month now. We're a team that's looking to do frequent tournaments in a casual manner and look for ways to improve our play in a serious manner but still be laid back and get along together as a team.

What I am looking for Jungle Main and a Mid Main primarily. Top Mains can also apply

• Players who are interested in frequent but casual tournament play.
• Players who can reliably make practice days that we decide, schedule does not fluctuate too much or without warning.
• We will build our schedule around the players but most of our days of play are during the weekdays around 8-12 EST.
• Plat+ Preferred applicants who want to focus on team play rather than solo play but still maintain their personal play.
• Players who want to improve and get better at the game, and want to get better but be mature and respectful at the same time.

About the team

• We try to play at least 3 days a week.
• I have previous experience managing teams, one of which lasted 2 months before an international job took its toll via timezone. I also have experience as part of an amateur LoL team over the past year, and am now running my own.
• If you miss a day of practice without warning (see above) you will be considered for replacement. We need some way to contact you out of game as well, either on skype or discord or our google docs sheet.

Final Word I look forward to speaking with those who apply, I place people based on their personality in the team so long as their skill meets the baseline of what is determined by platinum. You will play one game which the team will then vigorously review before we decide whether we want to see more for a trial period.

Please leave a comment below and I will contact you ingame.
