LF Top Main or Substitute ADC for Team Dynamic Q

Introduction

I'm Arathea on the NA server and have been managing the team for almost a month now. We're a team that's looking to do frequent tournaments and look for ways to improve our play in a serious manner but still be laid back and get along together as a team.

What I am looking for

• Players who are interested in frequent tournament play.
• Players who can reliably make practice days that we decide.
• Our days of practice are a few days out of Mon-Thu, then some days on weekend. We only have 3-4 days of practice a week and make the schedule around the players on the team.
• Players who want to be part of a well structured/reliable team that operates as a team.
• Plat+ Preferred applicants who want to focus on team play rather than solo play.
• Players who want to improve and get better at the game, and want to get better but be mature and respectful at the same time.
• I will require some way to contact you outside the game that is reliable.

About the team

• Practice will be about 3 days a week, and varies depending on schedules. A realistic schedule would be Tue/Thu and tournaments Sat or Sun. Friday nights are not played on generally due to teammate schedules.
• I have previous experience managing teams, one of which lasted 2 months before an international job took its toll via timezone. I also have experience as part of an amateur LoL team over the past year, and am now running my own.
• If you miss a day of practice without warning (see above) you will be considered for replacement. After a month with the team, it will require a team vote to remove a player. This is to give incentive to dedicate time to the team, but also to weed out uncommitted people who just want to play 1 or 2 games then leave.

Final Word I look forward to speaking with those who apply, I don't place people based on skill, but rather on how their personality will fit within the team. I am looking to have a specific atmosphere for the team that is mature but easy going. This means mistakes will be pointed out but there is no reason to get butthurt over them. Everybody makes them, making mistakes means you're learning. Your teammates will make mistakes too.
