i need a team for dynamic queue

ok im finally tired of this dynamic queue shit, where if you play solo you are screwed. i want a group of people that can move up with me, i know im a good player (i honestly believe low-mid gold). i know everyone thinks they deserve higher than they really are but as a support main its harder to move up because you dont have as much impact on the game as say an adc or jungler. as a support i have a 59.7% win rate ~ 150 games (and yet cant move past silver 2). now i play other roles, not as good, but im trying to move out of support into a more carry role (even tho top tank isnt much of a carry role). but i know what roles im bad at and i stay away from (jg and adc are 2 worst, top and mid are pulling over 50% win rate). so all that being said i would really like a group of people that are mid-high silver that have the skills to move up, since league ranked has become a "play with a team or you are screwed meta" i really need a group. pm me in game or post on here, ill be on for a few more hours.
