LF team/community - 18+ and female friendly

I'm interested in joining a team or community where I can meet like minded people. Really don't want to play with kids or negativity. Also, please don't be creeps. I just want to play the game. I play ADC mainly and am working on climbing out of bronze yet again. I have a pretty good grasp on the ADC role. I'm also open to learning from more experienced players or observing games to get a better grasp on how to carry more efficiently in solo queue.

Not going to lie and say every guy is not a creep but they are few and far between we dont like that kind of stuff <3 we also haev higher elo people who are willing to help lower ranks its a good system :D
