Looking for 4 good ranked players help me get me out of Bronze.

Placements screwed me over and nearly every game I play I keep going down and down because of my teammates. Yes I do admit it that I do make mistakes but how am I supposed to climb and learn if everyone of my teammates either feed, afk/dced, have no communication etc. I'm a Jungle Main but I can play mid and top, I'm not as great in those lanes. And before all of these "just get good m8" or something like those kind of comments, I'm trying to get better at the game but I need some serious players/friends that can help me with that. I don't care where I'm placed as long I'm above Silver II or Silver I. Thanks for reading, if you are interested I'm usually on every single day around 3:50-4:00 pm CST.
