Silver 2 Looking to Join Ranked Team

Hi all. i'm looking to join a Silver 1 or Gold Team.

I only need 9 champs left to buy and i have about 30 champs i can play across all 5 roles. I have 18 Rune Pages and all the important runes aswell.

I'm always on if i don't have class.

Only thing i ask is for a team that doesn't sit around before the next game starts. i need a team that plays another as soon as the game is over. i don't like waiting around for a game to start.
